Ian Redlin founded EDIAdmin in 2002 with the goal of providing solutions for the growing complexity and administrative headaches associated with supply chain integration. By combining a dynamic platform with managed services, Ian believed EDIAdmin could bridge the supply chain integration divide while easing friction between business users and IT departments.
Originally focused on EDI data, EDIAdmin evolved into a provider of end-to-end integration solutions — or “cloud-to-ground” — featuring a dedicated iPaaS called “CHIP” and collaborative managed services for leading systems and applications, both cloud and on-premise. Industry penetration was quickly established in the retail, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, and automotive industries.
With EDIAdmin anticipating the software-as-a-service movement, CHIP was developed as a native iPaaS and features unprecedented scale and flexibility. Meanwhile, having cultivated a client-and-employee-first culture, Redlin’s vision of providing true partnership to clients is fully expressed every day by EDIAdmin staff, resulting in industry leading client satisfaction and retention.
Fifteen years after inception, EDIAdmin is continuing Redlin's vision of advancing supply chain process flow automation and integration. Thank you for visiting, and please don’t hesitate to contact us to discuss how we can help your organization.
